I hire people for a living. The rest of the time, I'm usually taking photos on my phone: at traffic lights, on lunch breaks, or wherever I end up on a weekend. If a shape or a bit of light catches my eye, I shoot it. When I need to switch off, I play the tabla or the cajón. This site is where I keep everything: my photos and the stories behind them, what I write, the music I have on repeat, and what I build with AI.

I've been in HR for over ten years. Most of the job is listening. You spot potential before it shows up on paper, and you build enough trust that people tell you what's really going on. The paperwork is the easy part.
