Hey, I'm Raghava.
By day I hire people for a living. In between, while waiting at traffic lights, during lunch breaks, or wherever I end up on a weekend, I'm usually shooting something on my phone because a shape or a bit of light caught my eye. When I need to switch my brain off completely, I sit down with a tabla or a cajón and play. This site is where I keep the shots I'm proud of and talk a bit about why I took them the way I did.

Over a decade in HR now. Most of the job is listening — reading potential before it's on paper, building enough trust that people tell you what's actually going on. Nobody warns you the paperwork is the easy part.

I shoot almost everything on my phone, on impulse — light on a wall, a weird reflection, a street that suddenly looks like a film set. Not precious about gear. I just try to notice things other people walk past.
